What kind of store it hey pretty thing co.?
We are a design oriented brand and focus on offering stylish,trendy and funny designs that our partners help print onto various products made on order. This makes for unique designs that only we sell. Our partners then ship the product directly to you. This process is called Print-on-Demand (PoD) and is also known as dropshipping.
Where are you and your partners located?
Hey pretty thing co. is located in Sweden and our partners have their fulfillment centers in the US, Latvia and Spain. A few products are exclusively produced by our partner in Florida or California and others will be fulfilled and shipped from the fulfillment center closest to you whether that is in the US or in Europe. We make a note of this in the description for every product. This process helps small businesses like us to be able to sell to multiple regions.
What countries do you ship to?
As of right now we ship exclusively to the US and Sweden but we have plans to expand to more countries: Sign up to our newsletter and we will let you know when we start shipping to your location!
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping to US customers. For shipping to Sweden we offer free shipping if the order is over 499 SEK, otherwise it's a standard shipping fee of 49 SEK.
Will I get custom fees?
Custom fees depends on where you are so we can't guarantee that you won't. If you normally get custom fees chances are you will. As mentioned our partners have production sites in multiple locations and the best location for your product will be chosen unless there's a note in the product-description that it is exclusively shipped from Florida or California, We don't pay for custom fees.
Will I get my order all at once?
If you are ordering various product types than it might get produced at different sites and in that case it will be shipped seperatly.
What shipping times can be expected?
At this point we only offer standard shipping. We send your order directly to our partners and the order is usually fulfilled within 2-5 days, if there are any delays we will always let you know! Shipping will usually add on between 3-10 days for the US depending on where you live and 6-20 days for Sweden. However these time frames are only estimated and cannot be guaranteed. During holidays it is expected to take longer.
What about a tracking number?
As soon as we recieve a tracking number from our partner we will send it to you. Normally all shippings within the US and to Sweden will recieve a tracking number.
What is your return policy?
Because your item is being made on order we cannot accept returns unless there is an issue with the actual item. If so, please send us clear photos of the issue and we will make sure to replace your order.
Can i cancel an order?
Once an order is made we can't cancel it due to the fact that your product is made on order with our partners.
